Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents (and residents of certain other U.S. states with similar privacy laws) have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page explains what we do and how to opt out.
What we do
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We do "share" certain information with advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, and TikTok) in connection with delivering and measuring advertising for our products. Under California law, this sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising is treated as a "sale" or "sharing" for which you have the right to opt out.
How to opt out
Choose any of the methods below. We honor opt-outs as quickly as we can, typically within fifteen (15) days for the purposes of advertising opt-outs.
1. Send the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or browser extension transmits a GPC signal when you visit our site, we will treat that as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device on which the signal was sent.
2. Email us
Email readings@starseed.co with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Include the email address you used at purchase (if applicable) so we can identify your records. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
3. Use the form below
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us before fulfilling the request.
