Starseed Origin Readings are non-refundable. Please read this policy before you purchase.
Why all sales are final
The moment your payment is received, Ava and the scribing team begin channeling your individual Reading. Your birth coordinates are entered into the Akashic field, the scribe begins writing the section that is uniquely yours, and by the time you receive your confirmation email, real work has begun on a 39-page document that exists for no one but you.
This work cannot be undone, recovered, or resold to another person. That is why, from the moment you complete checkout, all sales are final.
Express consent at checkout
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that:
- Delivery of your Reading begins immediately upon payment.
- Your right of withdrawal (where applicable under local law) is waived for this digital content.
- You will not receive a refund for any reason, including but not limited to: changing your mind, finding the Reading's content unexpected or disagreeable, receiving a lineage assignment different from what you hoped for, or failing to act on the guidance contained in the Reading.
What we will do
If you experience a technical delivery issue, we will make it right. Specifically:
- Email didn't arrive: we will resend your Reading to any email address you control, as many times as needed, for up to 12 months after purchase.
- PDF is corrupted or won't open: we will regenerate and resend.
- You lost the link: we will issue a fresh download link.
- You used the wrong email at checkout: contact us, we will redirect delivery.
Email readings@starseed.co with your order number. A real person reads every email and replies within 2 business days.
Fraud and unauthorized purchases
If your card was used to purchase a Reading without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if fraud is confirmed, issue a refund and cancel the order.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out deprives us of any chance to resolve the issue, and we will present our delivery records and communication history to your card issuer.
Customers who chargeback without contacting us first may be permanently blocked from purchasing at Starseed in the future.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. In the European Union and United Kingdom, your right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once delivery of the content has begun with your express consent; that consent is given when you complete checkout.
