Refund & Delivery Policy
Each Origin Reading is prepared to order. Because work begins after payment, orders are generally final once the writing queue starts.
Standard delivery window
Most readings arrive within 3-7 days. You receive a receipt immediately after checkout, then delivery updates by email while your reading is being prepared.
When we will make it right
If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will correct it. That includes:
- A duplicate charge.
- A technical failure that prevents delivery.
- A confirmed unauthorized purchase.
- A reading that has not been delivered within 14 days and we cannot resolve the delay promptly.
When refunds are usually not available
Because the reading is individualized, refunds are usually not available for a change of mind, a mismatch between expectation and interpretation, or a decision not to continue after purchase.

Email hi@starnomade.com with the email used at checkout and any relevant details. We will review the order and respond with the next step.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most technical or delivery issues can be resolved faster by email than through a card dispute.
